Release Old Selves from the 7 Dhatus (Tissues of the Body)
What if becoming your true self begins with undoing everything that isnโ€™t?

๐Ÿ“ Saturday, June 28th from 10:00 AM- 12 Noon
๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ The Nest Haven, Sterling MA

In this powerful workshop, we explore de-manifestation โ€” the sacred act of letting go. Rooted in Ayurveda and guided by somatic ritual, weโ€™ll journey through the 7 dhatus (the subtle tissues of the body) to release identities, emotional imprints, and energetic burdens that no longer serve our evolution.

Each layer of our body holds memory โ€” of who weโ€™ve been, what weโ€™ve inherited, and what weโ€™ve unconsciously carried. This workshop offers a space to cleanse, clear, and reclaim your essence.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Identify where old self-patterns live in the body
๐ŸŒ€ Engage in breathwork, energy healing, and a guided dhatu release journey
๐ŸŒ‘ Participate in a sacred ritual of de-manifestation โ€” to honor and let go
๐ŸŒ• Integrate with journaling, meditation, and grounding practices

This is a space for all bodies and identities โ€” a space to honor your healing path and return to your truest self.
