I spent two years being told to cold call, post daily reels, and join $30,000 networking rooms. All of it was the attention economy, and none of it worked for me. So I put a free 30-minute meditation in my local library instead. By the second session, someone paid me $1,000. I hadn't built a bigger audience. I had built trust in a room small enough for someone to feel safe in.
From there, it kept growing. Energy healing clients, a studio on a commission split, a fully booked retreat, weekly yoga, sound baths. None of it came from a launch. All of it came from people who felt safe with me first.
I call this the “Small Room Method”. I won’t be giving you a framework; instead, I’ll tell you how to build real income from what you already have, starting in a room small enough to fit your actual life.
People didn't buy from me because they liked my personality. They bought because they felt safe with me. Safety will let them walk in. Trust will let them stay. Experience will let them say yes.
My Story
Two years ago, I had something real to offer and no way to share it that fit my actual life. My son was two years old. I didn't have hours to spend making content, and I wasn't confident putting my face on a reel while I was still healing how I felt about my body.
The industry had a hyper-masculine answer for everything. Do a hundred cold calls a day. Build a funnel. Post a reel every day. Join a networking group that costs $30,000 a year. None of it respected my feminine way of life, for how I liked to work, the fact that I had a toddler, a small window of time, and no desire to perform for a feed.
So I did the only thing that fit the life I actually had. I offered a free 30-minute meditation with sound bowls at my local library. By the second session, someone paid me $1,000 for custom meditations as Christmas gifts for their family. But I did not pitch them. They bought because they felt something real.
From there, it kept growing. Energy healing clients. A studio on a 30 percent commission split. Group sessions, a fully booked retreat, weekly yoga, sound baths. I built entirely from small rooms and real trust.
Now, I'm here because I watch so many brilliant coaches and healers stay under $10,000 for years, doing the frameworks that were never built for them or their lives. I built something different by accident. Now I want to teach it (not the framework, rather the paradigm shift) on purpose, with love, to the people who need it.
What I believe: Value should be felt before it's ever pitched. Your lived experience is the asset. A small real room will always beat a big empty audience. You don't need someone else's framework. You need to trust what's already yours.
